The Diocese of Lake Charles is accepting proposals for construction services related to:
HL-52F Repairs to Catholic Charities

Pre – Bid Meeting will be held on site, 1225 2
nd St, Lake Charles, LA on October 24, 2023 at 9:00am.
Bids are due: November 9, 2023 at 3:00pm
Work includes:
Repair to existing warehouses and office building including but not limited to installation
of retrofit metal roof framing system and standing seam metal roof, fascia, gutters and
down spouts. Replacement of select metal wall panels and damaged fiber cement fascia
and trim and painting. Reflashing of gable louver.
Installation of metal building insulation in walls and ceilings. Repair to acoustical
suspended ceiling.
