1. How do you open General Professional Services Questionnaire to answer questions, it did not let me type in answers. 2. Once you answer the questions, how do you submit downloads into one document?   Shirley Funches (504) 874-5181.

QUESTION #1) Are childcare providers required to meet all requirements prior to submission or does the childcare provider have 90 days if accepted to meet requirements? Requirements referenced: two teachers per classroom, TB test/vaccinations for teachers/students, insurance policy minimums, etc.? ANSWER: Please refer to the Public Notice – “No submittals will be accepted after the deadline.” Submissions will be scored based on the information provided at the time of submission. You cannot supplement your submission after the date on which submissions are required to be received. However, Affidavits and Certificates of insurance are not required until the time of contracting with the selected vendor. QUESTION #2) If a childcare center is currently in the renewal process (all annual inspections should be happening within the next 30 days) will this childcare center still be eligible to apply? Inspections would be for the Louisiana Department Of Education, Louisiana Department of Health, and Office State Fire Marshal. If inspections occur after the deadline for submissions should updated documents be sent to administrators once received? ANSWER: a. Submissions will be scored based on the information provided at the time of submission. Please provide whatever documentation you currently have on recent inspections and renewals with your submission. QUESTION #3) Are Childcare centers that have been operating for less than 3 years eligible to apply? If so, should the financial profile simply show the financial background of the business since its inception? ANSWER: a. This SOQ requires a financial profile for the last three years of the firm’s overall health. Submissions will be scored based on the information that submitters provide. If your Firm cannot provide three years of history your submission will be scored accordingly.

Good Morning Can I go back to addend information once submitted. If so what step do I need to take.
SFOLSE on 07-Mar-2024 1:04:25 PM CST
Yes. Until the SOQ opens, you can add, delete, or change anything that you have uploaded. As far as for how to do that, I would assume that you go back into the upload screen where you originally submitted a proposal.. There, you should see any files that you would have uploaded. It should give you an option to remove, delete, etc.
